Why is there a monthly fee?

Websites break if they aren't looked after. My fee covers the hosting, the security, and most importantly, me handling all the changes so you don't have to.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes, absolutely. You can switch from Starter to Pro at any time. We simply charge a one-off configuration fee (the difference in setup costs) to install the booking systems and audit your Google Maps profile.

What updates are included?

"Concierge Updates" cover content changes: updating prices, swapping images, posting news, or changing text. It does not cover building entirely new pages or adding complex new functionality (we can quote for those separately).

What if I cancel?

It’s your domain. If you leave, you take the web address with you. No hostage situations.
